[Feedback/Suggestion] Temporary Forum (until more member register)

I would like to discuss the numbers of off-topic discussions we all have. IMO, it makes us look un-profesional. How about Silver making a Temporary forum were we can go off-topic as much as we want, until more members register?

If it's made, could it be made for mods only and wouldn't be raising your post count?
